Dorothy R. Peffley
Dorothy R. Peffley, 82, of Harrisburg, PA, passed away Monday, February 2, 2004 at Community General Osteopathic Hospital.
Dorothy Ricker Peffley was born November 6, 1921 in West Fairview and was the daughter of the late Roy L. and Anna Ricker. She was the beloved wife of 62 years to Carl M. Peffley, Sr.
She was a loving housewife and mother of two sons.
Surviving are sons, Dr. Carl, Jr. and Dr. Dennis Peffley; 3 grandchildren, Heather Peffley of CA, Michael Peffley of CO and Adrian Peffley of FL; 2 sisters, Katherine and Audrey; and 1 brother, Roy, Jr.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2004 at 11 a.m., with socializing at 10 a.m., from Chambers Hill United Methodist Church. Graveside service to follow.
Cremation arrangements are by the Cremation Society of Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, PA 17109. www.pennlive.com/obits
