John D. (sic—P.) Peffley, 75, Dies at Farm Home Rockville, April 7
John P. Pefley, 75, died at 9 o'clock this morning at his home eight miles southeast of Rockville. Death was caused by myocarditis and came after a lingering illness. He was born July 5, 1871 in Parke county, the son of David and Mary Pefley. Surviving are the widow, Della; a sister, Mrs. W. H. Beauchamp, of Rockville, and a nephew, Homer Nevins, also of Rockville. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Bridgeton Baptist church with burial in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
