Graveside services for Frances Grace Pefley, 82, will be at 10 a.m. Aug. 22 at Pacific View Memorial Park and Mortuary in Newport Beach (Orange County, California). She died of complications of old age Tuesday at Villa Rehabilitation in Riverside.
She was bon in Pioneer, Ohio. She lived in Riverside for the past year and in Lucerne for 16 years.
She is survived by a son, Darrell Webb of Corona; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Catherine Grow of Kansas.
