PEFFLY, EVA M., 81, of Largo, died Thursday (Nov. 4, 1999) at home. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, and came here in 1985 from Brookville, Ohio. She was the owner of a bar and restaurant. She was Methodist.
Survivors include three sons, James and Randy, both of Largo, and Dr. Earl Swallow, Chicago; and a grandson, Erik Swallow, Portland, Ore.
