Raymond L. Peffley, 35, of 169A Glen Tilt Manor, Wernersville, was killed Sunday when he jumped from a fifth-floor window of St. Joseph Hospital
A certificate of suicide has been issued by the Berks County Coroner's office.
Born in West Reading, he was a son of Russell L. Peffley, Naples, Fla., and Judith L. (Redler) Barr, Mohnton.
Peffley was employed by Chiyoda America, Morgantown, as a maintenance mechanic for several years.
Other survivors include a brother Kenneth L., Reading, and his stepfather, Paul S. Barr, Mohnton.
The Bean Funeral Home, Sinking Springs, is in charge of arrangements.
