PEFFLEY, Mr. Merle M., Wayland, Age 68, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 27. Mr. Peffley is survived by his wife, Isla; his children, Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Judy) Hanlon of Indianapolis, Ind.; one grandson, Robert; one granddaughter, Patti; one brother, Charles Peffley of San Diego, Calif. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 p.m. from the Archer-Hampel Funeral Home, Wayland, Rev. Robert Kinney officiating. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation hours Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
