WAYNETOWN - Eva Ruth Peffley Pittman, 77, of 114 W. Washington St., died at 7:35 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, 2005, at St. Clare Medical Center in Crawfordsville.
Born Aug. 27, 1928, in Ladoga, she grew up in Crawfordsville and attended Wilson School. She had resided in Attica and Williamsport before moving to Waynetown in 2001. She married Donald Howard Pittman on Oct. 24, 1950, and he preceded her in death on July 20, 1985. Mrs. Pittman worked for Radio Materials Corp. in Attica for 17 years. She formerly attended Attica Assembly of God and was attending Church of the Living Water in Crawfordsville. Surviving are two daughters, Annette Watkins (husband: Jeff) of Wingate and Donna Cox of Newtown; a brother, Earl "Jim" Hershel Peffley of Crawfordsville; and two sisters, Mildred Pickett of Crawfordsville and Rose Eder of South Bend.
