578--CHESTER ALBERT PEFFLEY, (son of No. 577 ) married Sept. 3rd, 1911, BEULAH OVERMAN, born at Kokomo, Ind., May 12th, 1888 (dau. of BENJAMIN F. and LAURA BELLE (Davis) OVERMAN).
Chester has a farm near Ladoga and has a garage in town. He is Vice-Pres. of the Peffley Association, of Indiana. Beulah is secretary.
Issue: All born at Ladoga.

LADOGA
Chester Albert Peffley, 84, of 408 Sycamore St., Ladoga, died in his home Saturday night. He was a retired farmer.
Born Feb. 22, 1891, in Montgomery County, he was a son of Alfred Wallace and Anna Theodosia Mangus Peffley, He was married to Beulah Overman who is deceased.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Cross and Mrs. Elizabeth Carmichael, both of Ladoga; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Ronk of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great- grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Perkins Funeral Home with the Rev. Albert Harshbarger officiating. Burial will be in Stoner Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
