Ellen F. Stanton 97, of Plainfield, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2006. She was born October 16, 1908 and was a member of Fairfax Christian Church. Ellen was preceded in death by her husbands, Montel Peffley and Roy Stanton; and brothers, Jim, Reed, Oral, Albert and Charles Mills. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ruth (Michael) Perkins; grandchildren, Anne and Christopher Perkins; and several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 22, 2006 at Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, with calling there 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2006. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
