Marilyn F. Anthony, 71, a former local resident, died of cancer Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004, in Melbourne, Fla. Born in July 1933 in Shadeland, she was a graduate of Shadeland High School. Surviving are a daughter, Marcia Peffley-Reed of Melbourne; one sister, Helen Weimer of Port Orange, Fla.; and two brothers.
